Dr. Orly Taitz

Dr. Orly Taitz, the fierce blond attorney behind Obama eligibility lawsuits, has announced her new website, OrlyTaitzESQ.com.

The California attorney told WND she switched blogs after her PayPal donation account at her Defend Our Freedoms website was hacked and the e-mail switched. She reported suspicious activity to the FBI.

Taitz said her webmaster, volunteer Lisa Ostella, locked her out of her website after Taitz refused to withdraw the FBI complaint.

“She demanded that I take back my complaint to the FBI, claiming that the change of e-mail address was done by a volunteer by the name of Fran, whom she banned from the site,” Taitz said. “She said that it took care of the problem, and I need to take back my complaint of hacking with FBI, as it gives her, a webmaster, a bad name.”

Ostella did not respond to WND’s request for comment.

Taitz refused to withdraw the FBI complaint because she said she considered it to be legitimate. The California attorney claims Ostella locked her out of her own foundation website and would not give her access codes.

According to GoDaddy.com, the old domain for Defend Our Freedoms has been registered to Ostella since Dec. 18, 2008.Taitz said it was supposed to be registered with her name as president of the foundation and Ostella as the technical contact.

She claims Ostella, posting under the name “Calpernia,” has redirected donations to her own e-mail address. The old website is still accepting PayPal donations.

Taitz sent a cease and desist letter to Ostella, advising her to stop operating Defend Our Freedoms websites. Now the main blog has a message stating, “The site is no longer the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation NonProfit Federal Tax ID#26-4328440.”

Taitz has created a new blog and is no longer accepting PayPal donations. Instead, she asks that supporters mail contributions to:

Defend Our Freedoms Foundation
26302 La Paz, suite 211
Mission Viejo, CA 92691

Taitz updates her new blog with information about her cases. One of her latest challenges to Obama’s eligibility is a Quo Warranto case submitted to U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, a legal standard that essentially allows citizens to demand on what grounds someone in authority exercises power.

She has 10 state representatives and about 130 members of the U.S. military signed on as plaintiffs in the action.
