Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name
What’s confusing you
Is the nature of my game
Every cop is a criminal
And all the sinners are saints
Heads is tails
Just call me lucifer
I’m in need of some restraint
– Mick Jagger
The most honest rock ‘n’ roll song ever written is “Sympathy for the Devil,” by the Rolling Stones. If the leaders of the Democratic Party had an honest bone left in their bodies, they would admit that empathy for evil is the very life blood of their ideology.
For the Democrats, those who rip apart their babies for reasons of personal convenience are making a brave “choice,” while those who cry out in defense of the slaughtered innocents are dangerous extremists.
For the Democrats, those people who give themselves over to the vilest perversions, which destroy lives and nations, are worthy of protected status, while those who stand for biblical morality, which has blessed mankind through the ages, are intolerant bigots worthy of prosecution.
For the Democrats, filling the airwaves with violence and obscenity is free speech, while a Christian student mentioning the name of Jesus in his valedictorian address is immoral and un-American.
The truth: Empathy for evil is the foundation stone of the Democrats’ political cult. Obama has even made it a prerequisite for his court judges. But if Democrats are defined by Rolling Stone lyrics, it is also true that modern Republicans can be defined by the immortal words of Forrest Gump: “Stupid is as stupid does, Sir.”
Republicans had the deck stacked in their favor. They had three aces and a king, but folded to a hand holding a pair of sixes and a Joker.
Republicans had on their side 6,000 years of recorded history, biblical truth, the convictions of the Founding Fathers and the Author of liberty, Himself. Yet, they have frittered away their advantage with self-serving hypocrisy, compromise and foolish political miscalculations.
The bottom line: Democrats are wicked. Republicans are weak and stupid – and America can do better than either of these two tired and untrustworthy political parties.
America needs an Independent Party whose leaders are patriots, not politicians. A party where men like Roy Moore, Alan Keyes and Thomas Sowell are fully supported in their efforts to return this nation to its roots of common sense and liberty; and its foundational principles based upon biblical truth. God, give us such a party, and multiplied millions of God-fearing, freedom-loving Americans will rally to it.
