WASHINGTON – He was one of the very first WND columnists – way back in 1997, when Joseph and Elizabeth Farah launched the world’s first independent Internet news site.
Since then, he’s been a presidential candidate, a TV host, a radio talker, a prolific author and one of the most gifted orators in the English-speaking world.
In September, you can find out what kind of a Caribbean cruise mate he is if you are one of the attendees on WND’s “Tea Party at Sea.”
Ambassador Alan Keyes is the latest celebrity speaker to join the lineup.
“Not only is Alan Keyes an inspirational speaker, he’s also a very warm, caring, compassionate gentleman,” said Joseph Farah, founder and chief executive officer of WND. “This cruise represents a great opportunity for his admirers to see another side of this truly gifted intellectual – the personal side.”
Keyes is the latest presenter to join the growing lineup of speakers on the “Tea Party at Sea” program.

Last week, Farah announced the addition of Admiral Jeremiah Denton, former U.S. senator best-known for his courageous and heroic conduct as a prisoner of war in Vietnam – an experience chronicled in his book, “When Hell Was in Session.”
Keyes and Denton join the Farahs, best-selling author and WND senior staff writer Jerome Corsi, best-selling author and WND Jerusalem bureau chief Aaron Klein and WND managing editor and author David Kupelian.
Keyes, Denton and the rest of the lineup will also be addressing the WND “Taking America Back National Conference” in Miami for three days prior to the cruise’s embarkation.
“We are anticipating thousands joining us at the conference for a unique experience in interactivity and lively debate over the future of this country,” said Farah. “You won’t want to miss out on the program that includes Ann Coulter, Tom Tancredo, plus all the speakers from the cruise and many others, including some still to be announced.”
