Chuck Missler

WASHINGTON – Chuck Missler, the scientist and former Fortune 500 chief executive officer turned Bible expositor, will make a presentation at WND’s “Taking America Back” conference in Miami Sept. 16-18 at the fabulous Doral Resort, joining Ann Coulter, Joseph Farah, Alan Keyes, Jerome Corsi, Aaron Klein, Hannah Giles and many others in the most unusual event of its kind ever produced.

“Few people are as equipped to offer the perspectives Chuck Missler brings to the table to address the critical issues facing our country and our world,” said Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND. “His background in the military, in the corporate world, in academia and in the Bible make him a very special contributor.”

Missler received a congressional appointment to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Upon graduating with honors, he received his commission in the U.S. Air Force. When he left active duty, he had become branch chief of the Department of Guided Missiles at Lowry Air Force Base. He completed his masters’ degree in engineering at UCLA with additional postgraduate studies in applied mathematics, advanced statistics and information sciences. He earned a doctorate from Louisiana Baptist University in biblical studies in 1999.

His civilian career began as a systems engineer at TRW, followed by a senior analyst position in a “think tank” serving both the intelligence community and the Department of Defense. Recruited by the Ford Motor Company into a senior management position, Missler established the first international industrial computer network. Leaving Ford to start his own company, he founded a computer networking organization later acquired by Automatic Data Processing to become its Network Services Division.

He subsequently served as a consultant to the board of directors of Rockwell International for corporate acquisitions. He participated in more than 100 business ventures as a principal, strategic adviser or turnaround specialist. During the past 30 years, Chuck has served on the board of directors of over a dozen public companies, and was chairman and chief executive officer of six.

Missler launched Koinonia House, a ministry that encourages serious Bible study. Based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, it publishes and distributes millions of teaching books and DVDs.

Missler is author of more than 60 books and other publications, including his latest, co-authored with his wife, Nancy, “The Kingdom, Power & Glory.” Many of his DVD and audio teachings are available in the WND Superstore.

Following the conference will be a weeklong cruise called “The Tea Party at Sea,” with Denton, Keyes, Joseph and Elizabeth Farah, Corsi, Klein and WND managing editor David Kupelian serving as hosts.
