WASHINGTON – He would be 100 years old this year – 101 next February.
He may be gone, but he's hardly forgotten.
In fact, you will hear his name mentioned frequently in the Republican presidential debates. There's one thing all the candidates agree on – they all want to portray themselves as Ronald Reagan.
With Christmas rolling around, you no doubt have some Ronald Reagan fans on your shopping list. Did you know there's a "Ronald Reagan department" within the WND Superstore – a place you can find books, movies, stylized banners, pins, bumper stickers and more, all commemorating "the Gipper"?

And there's a whole generation of Americans who don't remember "Morning in America."
That's because it has been more than 20 years since the late Ronald Reagan left the presidency – more popular than the day he moved into the White House following his first landslide election victory in 1980.
Many Americans were just children during Reagan's eight years in office. Many preparing to vote in 2010 or 2012 for the first time were born after he left office.
They didn't get to know the Reagan Revolution first hand.
You can help introduce them to real leadership with some new original Ronald Reagan products from the WND Superstore – banners, pins and bumper stickers – just in time for the Gipper's 101st birthday Feb. 6, 2012.
It's a treatment of the classic "I want you" Uncle Sam posters of the past, but, this time, Reagan is asking Americans to help him fight socialism – as he did throughout his career in Hollywood, the California governor's office and again as president.
"Never was the central message of Ronald Reagan needed more in American history," said Joseph Farah, WND's chief executive officer and editor.
Or maybe you would prefer to wear the message as a classy pin.
Suit yourself or get all three.
"This is simply one of the best documentaries I have ever seen – on any subject," Farah says.
