Pressure rises in challenge to ballot listing for Obama

Attorney Orly Taitz is demanding a rehearing before the New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission in her quest to get Barack Obama removed from the ballot in the important early primary state.
In a submission today to Secretary of State William Gardner, Taitz explains the request for a rehearing on a decision from a state agency is required in order for her to appeal the outcome to the state Supreme Court.
Jerome Corsi’s New York Times best-seller, “Where’s the Birth Certificate?”, which addresses Obama’s Social Security Number, is now available for immediate shipping, autographed by the author, only from the WND Superstore
Taitz had filed an 85-page complaint but said the board was unwilling to remove him from the ballot while an investigation would look into whether he meets the Constitution’s requirements that a president be a natural-born citizen, and whether there was fraud involved in his use of a Connecticut-based Social Security number.
Taitz said state officials concluded that the application for Obama to be on the ballot was correctly submitted and the fee was paid. That was the end of their concerns, she said.
The board’s action:
Her demand to Gardner said, “According to [the] rules and procedures of the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, plaintiff, contesting [the] decision of the administrative agency, needs to demand a rehearing by the agency prior to filing an appeal of its decision to the Supreme Court.”
She explained her evidence was “showing that candidate Barack Hussein Obama, II, (hereinafter Obama), citizen of Great Britain, Kenya and Indonesia, is not a natural born citizen of the United States and does not possess valid US identification papers.”
She pointed out that the state of New Hampshire, as recently as a few years ago, specifically removed candidates from the ballot because of issues with their qualifications.
“As a matter of fact, a presidential candidate Sal Mohammad was removed from the ballot as ineligible during [the] 2008 election season specifically for not being a natural born citizen,” she wrote.
“In fact,” Taitz wrote, her evidence was “showing Mr. Obama’s alleged true and correct copy of [a] long form birth certificate, posted by Obama on WhiteHouse.gov, to be a cheap computer generated forgery.”
The image Obama released:
Obama long-form birth certificate released April 27 by the White House
That’s the image of a Hawaiian “Certificate of Live Birth” that Obama released in April as documentation of a Hawaiian birth. Many experts have stated on the record that they believe it is fraudulent for many reasons.
Others say Obama wouldn’t qualify as a “natural born citizen” regardless of his birthplace because the Founders probably understood that term to mean a child born of citizen parents. Obama’s father never was a citizen of the U.S.
New Hampshire is important, because the state holds the first presidential primary Jan. 10, 2012.
Among the local officials who joined with Taitz in expressing concern about the Obama candidacy were Reps. Harry Accornero of Laconia, Lucien and Carol Vita of Middleton and Larry Rappaport of Colebrook.
“There is sufficient controversy that I want it investigated,” Rappaport told the Concord Monitor. “We’ve never gotten an answer.”
Taitz has been involved in a number of high-profile cases over the past few years that have challenged Obama’s eligibility under the Constitution
The complaint alleged that Obama is ineligible because “he never provided any documentary evidence of his natural-born status.”
