(NEWARK STAR LEDGER) — Quite aside from the hypocrisy of turning up at an environmental event in a motorcade of 22 carbon-belching cars, there’s the question of the imperial presidency.
When I was in England writing about the royal wedding, I noted that Prince Charles travels around London in a motorcade that was no motorcade at all, just his Audi and one police vehicle.
And Chuck faces almost as much danger on a daily basis as Barack Obama.
Anyway, it’s nice to see Obama doesn’t really worry about global warming.
