The ultimate NBC question

Dear Mr. Farah,

I agree with you on the natural born citizen issue. However, I would like to suggest a simpler, easier to understand and test for whether or not any individual is a natural born citizen.

All anyone needs to know about whether or not a person is an NBC is the answer to this question: Can ANY nation other than the United States claim this child as a citizen of their nation on the day of his or her birth? If NO, then NBC. If YES, then not NBC.

Period. End of story.
