Over the past several weeks, I’ve been pondering some old quotes over and over again and wondering why. I’ve been a fan of Hal Lindsey for quite some time now and decided to save a section of one his recent writings. The following are the items.

“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.”

– Edmund Burke

“Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men.”

– Lord John Emerich Edward Dalberg Acton (1887)

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!”

– Isaiah 5:20 ESV

“Do you remember what the Apostle Paul said about those who do not love the truth in the last days? He said that God would send a ‘deluding influence’ upon them ‘so that they will believe what is false, in order that all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness’ (2 Thessalonians 6:11-12). I believe that’s precisely what we’re witnessing in the earth today.”

– Hal Lindsey

This last quote opened up a whole new universe of understanding regarding the behavior of those who just don’t seem to want to get what you and the sheriff are doing. I really believe the people who are in absolute denial of everything about what you and your people have revealed are under this “last days deluded influence.”
