Obama regrets not telling a “story” during his term in office. In fact, his entire presidency has been a story of fiction. His promise not to let unemployment rise above 8 percent, fiction as defined by current employment. His campaign promise of transparency, fiction as defined by Fast and Furious. His promise not to raise taxes on those making less than $200,000, fiction as defined by the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. Now he is engaging in defining his opponent based on fiction. Just another shiny object to distract from his lackluster performance on the economy.
