(CNS News) When my lunch group visited a usually desolate mall today, we thought we might run into a few other “Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day” patrons supporting the company’s president for proclaiming his belief in traditional marriage.
Wow.
There was no problem finding parking at Landmark Mall shopping center in Alexandria, Virginia. As usual, the mall was sparsely populated and my lunch cohort zipped through the mall and up the escalator unencumbered by other foot traffic.
But, then we hit the food court and saw the line of about 80 people waiting in line at the Chick-fil-A counter – patiently waiting to vote with their pocketbooks in favor of traditional family values.
