(Associated Press) HOMER, Alaska — Two brothers from Homer have been charged with sexually assaulting a boy who passed out at a teen drinking party attended by a number of high school football players.

Joseph Resetarits, 18, and Anthony Resetarits, 20, were arrested separately Thursday in Homer and Anchorage by Alaska State Troopers and charged with felony sexual assault for sexual penetration of an incapacitated person.

They were expected to be arraigned later Friday, said Kenai Assistant District Attorney Kelly Lawson. It wasn’t immediately clear if the brothers had lawyers ahead of their arraignments. Online court records did not list an attorney for either Friday morning.
