In this podcast, economist, columnist, radio host and international conference speaker Jerry Robinson of “Follow the Money Weekly” talks about the year-end fiscal cliff that America faces – no matter who is president.

He also provides his commentary on the election this week, and explains how his Christian faith impacts his view of the politics of America.

He also explains how the financial markets have been unsettled and nervous prior to the election, but Americans should not expect the uncertainty to end after the election.

He notes that the year-end fiscal cliff and a poor earnings season still threaten to put a damper on a potential year-end rally.

“Despite some recent signs of strength and institutional buying, U.S. stocks remain in correction mode. The S&P 500 Index appears to have entered a period of consolidation. However, we will be watching the key 1395 support level next week. We don’t want to see the index close below that level. If it does, we expect more selling pressure in the short-term. However, if the S&P can hold above the 1395 support level all of next week, we could begin seeing more institutional buyers enter the market,” his commentary explains.

Next in the program will be a portion of Robinson’s presentation to a live studio audience on the topic of the economic crisis and the petrodollar system.

Then Certified Financial Planner Jay Peroni joins the broadcast with his latest investing idea. This week, Jay focuses on a pharmaceutical company that is leading the charge against America’s growing diabetes epidemic.

In the Retirement Minute segment, financial adviser John Bearss tackles a common question that many of readers ask: “When should I begin taking Social Security?”

“Should you choose to begin taking your Social Security payments early at age 62? Should you wait until 65? Or should you wait until age 70? Bearss tackles this important question.
