(New York Daily News) A former secretary at a Manhattan high school was slapped with a $9,000 fine after city officials said she satisfied her supersized cravings for fast food using school money.

Kappry Vera of the Urban Assembly School for Construction and Design in Hell’s Kitchen made more than $3,000 in personal purchases on the school credit card from August 2009 through May 2011, investigators charge.
