(Breitbart News) Senator Rand Paul told Breitbart News’ Ben Shapiro that he felt foreign aid to other countries should be reassessed considering America’s own financial situation. Shapiro began a hypothetical question, “Let’s just say you’re President Paul…” Rand interrupted and said, “I like the sound of that,” with a smile.
