(Denver Post) A Colorado mortgage-banking company co-owned by former U.S. Sen. Bill Armstrong is one of the latest businesses to file a federal lawsuit challenging the Obama administration’s mandate for employer-provided health-insurance plans to cover contraception.

Armstrong filed the suit Tuesday with members of his family and the May family, who co-own Cherry Creek Mortgage Co.

The Greenwood Village-based company does business in 27 states and has 730 employees.
