(Tampa Tribune) Two Fivay High School students face criminal charges after one of them reportedly had sexual intercourse with a girl in the school’s media center while the other videotaped the sex act, the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.
The incident happened sometime between 11:25 a.m. and noon March 11, an arrest report said.
Cameron Jermaine Coleman, 17, of Port Richey, was charged Tuesday with lewd or lascivious battery. He is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl, the report said.
The girl told a sheriff’s detectives that the sex was consensual, but that she was not aware she was being videotaped by another student, the report said.
