(GQ) — Exercise is important. It’s something we hear everyday and the world is full of experts telling you how you should do it – whether it’s running, swimming, weight lifting or dancing your way to fitness – but what about how you shouldn’t do it?

Sure, you could go get yourself a personal trainer but if you’re on a budget or just like to do your own thing, how do you know you’re getting the most out or your workout? Or if you’re doing more harm than good?
