Dear Mr. David Limbaugh:
If the feckless Republicans 1) don’t secure the borders and accede to amnesty and 2) don’t use every means under the sun to get rid of Obamacare before it’s fully implemented (at which point, it will stick like a lamprey to future budgets), I see no future worth defending for states that stay tied to Washington, D.C.
However, we don’t have the luxury of time to cajole 34 states into a convention to propose constitutional amendments. Remaining in a union blasted by amnesty for 30 million anchor illegals, along with the authoritarian curse of Obamacare, will be a death sentence for citizen liberty, economic freedom, traditional American values and social stability.
Leave the doomed progressive states behind to drown in a hostile sea of bankruptcy and degeneracy. In the great opt-out scenario, at least half the states escape the fate of going down with the ship by fashioning a new republic founded on the U.S. Constitution, plus Mark Levin’s liberty amendments.
