I am in the Army and just wanted to pass on some info I came across. I sometimes access my personal email from work. The other day, I opened and email from the Tea Party Nation. When I clicked on a link in the email, a message popped up saying the link was disabled because it came from a group that was a “political/activist group.”

That hadn’t happened before. So I tried to go directly to the Tea Party Nation website. The same message popped up.

So, I decided to try a little experiment. I went to MoveOn.org. No problem, the site came up fine. Then I went to the Code Pink site. It was the same, no problem. Finally, I went to the Media Matters site. Again, no block, site accessed just fine.

So it seems the Army is beginning to block conservative sites from access on their computers, but allowing access to progressive websites.
