Allen West and Thomas Sowell point out the increasingly clear violence of black mobs on white America.
Bill O’Reilly claims it is the breakdown of the black family, while Rev. Al Sharpton insists that it is the lack of jobs in black communities.
In addition to pointing out the problem and the lack of media coverage, black conservatives should also provide their short-run and long-run solutions to the problem. No one wants a “race war,” but simply pointing out the problem without solutions is not sufficient. It is increasingly evident that “clinging to our guns and Bibles” is not working, but surrender is not an option, either.
