(BBC News) Eileen McArthur was found drunk behind the wheel of her car twice in the space of three weeks.

On the first occasion, her alcohol count was 171mcg in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.

McArthur, 47, is a former senior planning officer for Focus on Alcohol Angus. Sentence was deferred at Forfar Sheriff Court.

She pleaded guilty to drinking and driving on Lentlands Road, Forfar, and on other roads between Forfar and her home in Glamis on 19 August,
