The popular online news site Drudge Report posted the text of an email touting a free bumper sticker seeking to recruit Hillary Clinton for president in 2016.

The website posited the question, “She makes it official?” suggesting the email is more than hinting Hillary Clinton is ready to run.

The email claims to have a “special message” from former Democrat presidential hopeful Gen. Wes Clark, offering a the free bumper sticker and proclaiming, “Grassroots movements happen when neighbors talk to neighbors and tell them to get involved. One of the best ways to spark these conversations about Hillary potentially running in 2016 is by showing your support right now.”

The email is linked to the Ready for Hillary Political Action Committee, which asserts it is “not authorized by any candidate.”

“Hillary has what it takes to be the next president of the United States,” the email states. “But today, as she decides whether to run she needs to see our support. Now is the time to get our support for Hillary organized and ready for 2016.”

The email posted on the Drudge Report includes the following, campaign-like image:

The Ready for Hillary PAC website, however, includes the following bumper-sticker image:
