(WPEC-TV) JENSEN BEACH, Fla. — Police arrested a second-grade boy who repeatedly punched a teacher and then threatened to kill her, according Martin County Sheriff’s Office.

The problem started when the 7-year-old, whose name is being withheld by CBS12 because he is a juvenile, was hit with another student’s lunchbox, and he then jumped in line in front of that younger, smaller student, witnesses told MCSO about the Feb. 13 incident.

Afterward, the boy went to the bathroom and the suspect followed, but a teacher aware of the earlier altercation blocked his path. He began punching the teacher until she and a school behavior analyst were able to get him to stop.
