Michael Savage

Michael Savage rarely welcomes guests on his show, but this week, he brought on respected expert on Russia to try to explain Obama’s motivations for provoking Vladimir Putin.

Dr. Stephen Cohen is a columnist for the liberal magazine The Nation. He told Savage that even though he voted for Obama twice, he is now deeply concerned about the president’s increasingly bellicose attitude towards Russia.

“What began as the Ukrainian civil war became a proxy war,” said Cohen. “Now that proxy war could become an actual war between the United States and Russia” (Free audio).

Dr. Savage believes he knows the true source of Obama’s contempt for Vladimir Putin, reminding listeners that progressives like the president prioritize “gay rights” above almost every other issue.

“Putin has cracked down on gays and gay rights,” Savage said. “Because of this, Putin is hated by the leadership of the gay community in the West.”

Those leaders, Savage noted, comprise a significant percentage of the Democratic Party voter base (Free audio).

Rush Limbaugh

Limbaugh promised his listeners that the caller on the line was “one for the ages.” Sure enough, the Seattle-based fan told Rush that during his last visit to the dentist, he’d asked the hygienist to put Limbaugh’s show on the radio.

Another hygienist stormed in and turned it off. This happened twice.

The two women reportedly got into an argument: “She’s saying something about, ‘I don’t want to hear that tripe,’ and then she started yelling, and then the boss, the head dentist, he comes over and gets involved in it, and he says, ‘What’s going on?’ And then she starts yelling at him. Anyway, a few words went back and forth, and then he told her to roll it up, and he fired her on the spot” (Free audio).

Aaron Klein

Even before it was broadcast, a few minutes of Klein’s latest controversial interview with veteran comedian Jackie Mason about anti-Israel celebrities went viral, complete with a link from the Drudge Report. Listen in to find out why (Free audio).

On a more serious note, Klein’s conversation with the chief spokesperson for the Israel Defense Forces provides unique insights into the situation on the ground: What can Israel, and the world, expect over the coming days? How Israel can win, and more.

Klein also has an exclusive interview with a U.S. Border Patrol agent, who reveals what he’s seeing firsthand as the surge of Central Americans continues. Whether or not they live on a border state, this crisis will affect all Americans.

Mark Levin

Levin singled out White House senior advisor Valerie Jarrett for harsh criticism this week, accusing her of ignoring the atrocities perpetrated by ISIS while slamming Israel for trying to defend itself.

“It’s easy to Israel-bash,” Levin remarked. “It’s easy, frankly, to Jew-bash. … This all does make sense, if your philosophy causes you to hate America, to fundamentally transform the greatest country on the face of the earth, well, of course you’re going to want to fundamentally transform the greatest country in the Middle East. Because what we share with the Israelis, or for that matter, other countries that are free, are the very things that the left hates” (Free audio).

Turning his attention to domestic issues, Levin called out fellow pundits George Will and Charles Krauthammer for supporting amnesty for illegal immigrations: “I guess not enough of these folks from south of the border have been bused into Bethesda and Chevy Chase, Maryland, which is the community in which, I understand, George Will lives. He’s not even thinking of moving to McAllen, Texas, or Laredo. And neither is our other sage, Charles Krauthammer” (Free audio).

Laura Ingraham

Rep. Mo Brooks of Alabama came on Ingraham’s show to respond to a controversial Wall Street Journal op-ed, singling him out as being part of “the GOP’s Deportation Caucus.”

“This is a part of the war on whites that’s being launched by the Democratic Party,” Brooks told Ingraham on Monday. “And the way in which they’re launching this war is by claiming that whites hate everybody else. It’s a part of the strategy that Barack Obama implemented in 2008, continued in 2012, where he divides us all on race, on sex, greed, envy, class warfare” (Free audio).

Later in the week, Ingraham called hormone therapy for “transgendered” children “child abuse.”

She based her view on her own experiences growing up as a “tomboy.”

“Maybe now if I had exhibited the same understanding,” she mused, “maybe I would be kind of pigeonholed as someone who needs some type of hormone therapy or some type of different classes – you know what I mean? … Not everyone who shows these types of behaviors ends up feeling that way” (Free audio).

Glenn Beck

On Tuesday’s show, Glenn Beck drizzled “Christian blood” over pancakes and served them to his co-hosts.

The “blood” – which was really red fruit syrup – symbolized the “blood libel” being spread by a Hamas spokesman, who told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that Jews kill Christians and use their blood to make matzo (Free audio).

Meaghan McCain is still stinging from harsh criticism she received from Glenn Beck, dating back to her first forays into the public eye, during her father’s unsuccessful run for the White House.

Now the host of her own television show, McCain launched into a foul-mouthed diatribe about Beck.

Glenn Beck, she said, “has played a part in … dividing America” (Free audio).
