Fun Facts
Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the fairest of them all? Evidently, it is those lucky enough to have been born with perfect facial symmetry, among other things. Scientists also cite blonde, blue-eyed woman as most beautiful.
The perfect face has space between a woman's pupils just under half the width of her face from ear to ear. Experts say the relative distance between the eyes and mouth "should be just over a third of the measurement from hairline to chin." She also has large eyes, high cheekbones, full lips and a fair complexion.
In a piece headlined "Florence Colgate: Girl who has 'Britain's most beautiful face,'" the Daily Mail recently reported that an 18-year-old Brit has a perfect face. Do you agree? Remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Interesting facts
In last week's Surfin' Safari headlined "Twitter birds flock back to Benghazi," I wrote about the flutter of tweeters twittering over the broadcast of Fox News’ controversial “13 Hours at Benghazi.”
In keeping with that meme, this week comes news from Vocativ that Twitter has been under attack from the Islamic militant group ISIS calling for the assassination of Twitter employees who shut down the terrorist organization's accounts in an effort to quash ISIS' extremist propaganda and calls for violence.
Vocativ reported that Twitter has been "working furiously to shut down accounts that ISIS opened to use as free, instantaneous communications tools" and wrote that ISIS' propaganda "has been extremely effective in terms of making its media and messages fit in with journalistic norms. Having to constantly fight with Twitter’s internal police is an increasing source of frustration for ISIS, it seems."
But it's a game of whack-a-mole for the bluebird.
"ISIS is constantly ducking Twitter’s efforts to shut it out of the platform, and that running online battle has become a hot topic in the ISIS forums Vocativ monitors. The group constantly advises its followers on how to avoid account suspensions and what to do if accounts are closed down. The techniques are simple but effective; opening new accounts by subtly changing names, usernames, passwords and pictures of suspended accounts, using numerals to replace letters and changing one character to create a similar username."
More than 11 percent of its interactions over the past 30 days were with American-based accounts, according to an analysis of the latest ISIS Twitter account.
Commented one reader at The Daily Mail, "They do realise that there would be no 'virtual world' without the 'evil' West? Maybe if they'd invented the technology themselves they wouldn't have to rely on 'evil westerners' in California to let them use it."
