A Florida woman who has become a worldwide sensation claiming to have a third breast implanted on her chest is now coming forth with her real name amid allegations the whole story may be an elaborate hoax.
The woman with the pseudonym "Jasmine Tridevil" is actually Alisha Hessler, a 21-year-old massage therapist and part-time model from Tampa.
Her website for "Alisha's Golden Touch" massage in Tarpon Springs, Florida, has declarations including "Provider of internet hoaxes since 2014" and "Specialist in massage for three breasted woman."

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Hessler was arrested March 14, 2013, and charged with fraudulent use of personal information.
On Jasmine Tridevil's Facebook page Tuesday, Hessler admits: "I was arrested for using someone elses i.d. (attempting to get in a club). I was underage and wanted to get drunk lol."
Meanwhile, TMZ reported Hessler reported she owned a "3 breast prosthesis" in a bag of hers that was stolen off an American Airlines conveyer belt at Tampa International Airport this month.
But Hessler has not backed off her claim she spent $20,000 to have an unnamed surgeon implant a third breast betwixt her other two in hopes of getting MTV to broadcast a reality show about her.
"I actually recorded the surgery and it's going to be on my show," Hessler told WTSP-TV, which stopped by her home Monday night without an invitation.
When the station asked to see her third breast, she lifted up her shirt for a quick glimpse, but then covered herself up.
When asked if the camera could get a longer shot, Hessler replied, "I don't feel comfortable doing that just yet. Because that's also going to be on my show where I'm actually walking out on the beach with this top on, and I want to save that."
The station interviewed Dr. Dan Greenwald of Bayshore Plastic Surgery in Tampa, who said of Hessler's case, "I think it's very extreme, and that leads me to wonder why she needs this attention. Is there some instability? Is there something psychologically lacking or out of balance for this person?"

"I am starting a reality show called 'Jasmine's Jugs,' and my ultimate goal is to get it on MTV, and that's my dream," she explains. "My main motivation is fame and fortune."

She says it was extremely difficult finding somebody that would do the surgery "because it breaks the code of ethics," and she had to call some 50 doctors before finding one who agreed to perform the operation.
"It's actually not even legal in Florida. And that's why my surgeon made me sign a non-disclosure agreement. But I'm gonna try to get my surgeon to change his mind on that because I think it would help him, too," she said. "It would get him a lot more customers if they see what a great job he did. But he's afraid that he could get in trouble because he broke the code of ethics."
Hessler said all three of her breasts are now silicone implants.
"These [outside breasts] are Ds and this [middle] one is probably like a small C," she added.
She claims the reaction her parents was predictable.
"My mom said, 'Why would you do that? It's ugly. People are laughing because it looks so ridiculous. It's obvious you'll do anything for money. You have no morals and no boundaries at all. What's cool about making people vomit?'
"I kind of knew my mom would kind of have this reaction. She's a very dramatic person."
Hessler added, "I told her what I did on camera. So that's gonna be on the show, too. ... I also told my dad on camera. All of that is gonna be on the show. ... I'm putting reality back into reality television, because most reality TV shows are all fake. Almost everything they do are fake. But almost everything in my show is real."
In another video, Hessler jokingly claims to be the girlfriend of outlandish magician Criss Angel, admitting he doesn't know it yet, and says she has tried to get his attention to appear on her own program.
"I had somebody ask Criss if he would be willing to meet me on camera and be in one of my episodes on my show," she explains. "Criss said no. Criss wants nothing to do with the three-breasted woman, and I can't blame him, so no hard feelings there."
Just nine months ago, in December 2013, Hessler made other national headlines when she claims to have been the victim of a severe beating in Florida.
She gave the man who attacked her the choice of getting arrested or sitting on the street for eight hours wearing a dunce cap and carrying a sign stating, "I beat women. Honk if I'm a scumbag."
"He started beating me repeatedly until I had a broken nose and a concussion," Hessler told WFTS-TV in Tampa.
"He was wasted, and I did hit him first because he was groping me and he wouldn't stop. I feel like if he was sober he wouldn't have done that," Hessler told ABCNews.com.
Because the alleged attacker did wear the cap and hold the sign, Hessler signed a complaint withdrawal, removing any criminal charge.
Messageboards across the Internet are engorged with a variety of comments, including:
- "She is surely one big dumb boob, or should I say 3 dumb boobs."
- "Man to buddy: I've got to quit drinking. I thought I went home with a woman with 3 breasts last night."
- "Satan produces some awful weird stuff. I ain't gonna lie. I mean who else would blow 20 grand on a third mammary gland? When the first two were free?"
- "She should have listened to the old joke about women need a third boob on their back so guys have something to do while dancing."
- "A long time ago in a novelty gift shop I saw an item 'for the woman with something extra' – a bra with three cups. Now there's someone who can actually use it."
- "I guess if she has triplets, she is set."
- "She really needs four. Three boobs is a violation of bilateral symmetry."
- "If she puts on 6 or 8 she can attract dogs."
- "This is getting udderly ridiculous."
