Parents of students in a Colorado school say they are outraged their children were being filmed by district security cameras while they were changing costumes for a theatrical production.
According to the Denver CBS affiliate, the incident took place at Eaglecrest High School in the Cherry Creek School District.
"They have been videotaped in various stages of nudity," parent Maria Ford told the station. "I was horrified because our children are being exploited."
District officials told the station the students had switched locations for a changing area and the new area offers no privacy.

In a letter to parents, the school said: "It is inappropriate that any student has been allowed to undress to their underwear anywhere in the school outside of designated dressing, changing or locker rooms. There is no viable reason that this should occur in a school."
The security cameras are used to monitor traffic that comes in and out of a stage door at the school and "captured some actresses mid-costume change in the wings during the school's latest production," the report said.
"We don't know who's watching [the video and] who has already seen it. We don't know that it can't be hacked and put on the Internet," another parent, Emily Emerson, told the station.
School officials said they responded by setting up a tent for students to change in. They said in the future, students with quick costume changes will be required to wear body suits.
