Speaker John Boehner entered the Hillary Clinton email fray on Tuesday, demanding the former secretary of state turn over her server so an independent third party can take a look.
"I think this is the fairest way to make sure that we have all the facts that belong to the public," Boehner said, at a news conference reported by Reuters.
He also said that Americans "deserve all the facts of what happened in Benghazi," and suggested much could be gleaned from her server about that 2012 terrorist attack on America's facility in the Libyan capital that left U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three of his U.S. colleagues dead.

"That's why it's so important for Secretary Clinton to turn over her server ... [to a] neutral third party," he said, MarketWatch reported.
A House committee is already investigating the 2012 attacks on the U.S. consulate. But Rep. Trey Gowdy suggested in a nationally televised interview a few days ago that the full House might consider going to court to force Clinton to release her server. Clinton used a personal email account and a private home server for her four years' worth of secretary of state government communications. Lawmakers on Capitol Hill say her use of a private account for public emails could be in violation of federal law.
Clinton, meanwhile, stated previously that she doesn't have plans to turn over her server, MarketWatch reported.
