“When a Jew Rules the World” – that’s the title of what I believe is the most remarkable book of 2015.
With all the anti-Semitism sweeping the world, with many “Christians” claiming the unconditional promises of God to Abraham and his descendants have somehow been abrogated and with many churches forgetting that they worship the Jewish Messiah who is prophesied to return, rule and reign over the entire world from His throne in Jerusalem, the book by New York Times best-seller Joel Richardson is designed to grab attention and awaken sleeping believers.
It’s coming to bookstores across the country this week – and I urge you to get it and spread it.
Look, I’ll be honest with you: The chances of Americans rising up to reclaim their nation’s liberty is a long shot bordering on impossible. You can’t even blame it on Barack Obama, though he’s done more than his part to bring American to its knees through “fundamental transformation.” There’s simply no organized political opposition to his tyrannical scheme.
There’s only one thing that can reverse the collapse of the American Dream in the short term, in my humble opinion – for believers en masse to take seriously the promise God gave to Solomon at the dedication of the Temple recorded in 2 Chronicles 7:14: “If my people, which are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear their prayers, forgive their sins and heal their land.”
In other words, it will take an act of God, not an act of Congress, to save America from ruin.
Furthermore, as “When a Jew Rules the World” points out, the nations of the world, just like individuals, will be judged when Jesus-Yeshua returns. On what basis will they be judged? Jesus-Yeshua tells us Himself in Matthew 25:31-46:
“When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
“And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.”
And who are the brethren?
Jesus-Yeshua was talking to them. He was pointing to them. The brethren are His people – the Jews, Israel.
That’s how the nations will be judged – by how they treated Israel in its hour of need, the time of Jacob’s trouble, which is around the corner now.
It’s time for those who call themselves by His name to humble themselves and pray and seek His face and turn from their wicked ways. It’s time for them to consider who Jesus-Yeshua truly is, why He came, who He ministered to and how He will judge the nations and individuals.
A very Jewish King is coming to rule the world soon. It’s time to start considering what He demands of us all.
