ISIS terrorists in Syria heralded in Easter morning by blowing up an 80-year-old Christian church in an embattled Kurdish territory, Tel Nasri.
The Gateway Pundit, citing Syria's state news agency, SANA, said the Assyrian church was destroyed, but it's not clear if anyone was injured or killed.
The Church of Our Lady Mary was built in 1934 and was one of Syria's oldest churches.

SANA suggested the attack was aimed at killing fighters who may have been worshipping at the facility.
This isn't the first time ISIS has targeted a group it's fighting around holiday time. The terrorist organization targeted various Kurdish facilities in Iraq in March in the leadup to their New Year celebrations, called Nawroz, and posted a video of the beheading of three Peshmerga fighters, International Business Times reported.
