Even leftie media types don't think the United States is doing well with the Iran nuke negotiations.
Andrea Mitchell, normally an Obama administration cheerleader, said in a recent MSNBC broadcast the United States is barely saying a word, compared to Iran, which was setting the tone and tempo.
"The Iranians are running circles around the Americans here in terms of public diplomacy," she said from the site of the Switzerland negotiations, the Washington Free Beacon reported. "They are setting the expectations."
Reuters was reporting on Thursday that a statement to be released soon would say that the negotiations were unsuccessful so far, but would continue until a new deadline of June 30.

Iran's foreign minister said progress has been made in the talks, but several ministers – from China and Russia stepped away from the table as a previous deadline, this week, to forge a deal loomed, leaving U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry short-handed.
The talks were supposed to have been wrapped by midnight on Tuesday. P5+1 players – the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, France, China and Germany – are now in overtime.
