Hi, Joseph. You wrote, "That's what God clearly told Solomon, and, if we are truly adopted into that covenant through the blood of Jesus, which I know we are, it follows that it's never too late for this kind of revival."
There comes a time when it is too late. If we are living in the "last days" and the "birth pains" have begun, nothing will stop the sequence of events that lead to the fulfillment of the prophesied events. Our job is to recognize the signs of the time in which we live and to plead with those around us to get ready for the unstoppable judgment that is coming, and to get into the ark. "Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man." (Luke 17)
"It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all." (Luke 17)
Revival was past the point of no return well before Lot left Sodom. By that time, Abraham had his intercessory discussion with God regarding sparing the cities, angels were sent warning, a homosexual confrontation happened at Lot's door, the people of the city were struck blind, his sons in law laughed at Lot thinking he was joking. Had Lot stayed and prayed for revival, rather than leaving Sodom after having been warned, he would be as dead as those who have been warned by Jesus regarding the end of the age in the rest of the same passage.
"It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. Remember Lot's wife! Whoever tries to keep their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life will preserve it. I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left." (Luke 17)

If you are among those who reassure fellow passengers on the Titanic that "God can fix this," you may be among those who are responsible for the loss of those who otherwise would have been prepared to leave, but were left behind. If you do not recognize the signs of the times, then you are surely among them. Jesus said, "Remember Lot's wife" for a reason.
When is it too late? Well, before the lifeboats have gone and you are still aboard with those you reassured.
