Fox News host Bill O'Reilly used his nationally televised presence to defend Donald Trump's statements about immigration, and to say President Obama's White House has a hand in the shooting death of Kate Steinle, "complicit" as it may be, because feds turned a blind eye on illegal immigration.
Steinle was a 32-year-old woman who was walking with her father on a pier in San Francisco when she was gunned down and killed, in broad daylight. Francisco Sanchez, an illegal immigrant with seven felonies and a five previous deportations, has reportedly admitted to shooting her.
O'Reilly called attention to San Francisco's status as a sanctuary city, at the insistence of the mayor and local governing officials, as well as Team Obama's failure to enforce federal immigration laws in the city. Sanchez, meanwhile, told authorities he was in San Francisco because he knew the city was a sanctuary, and he wouldn't be deported, Fox News reported.

"The mayor and city supervisors of San Francisco are directly responsible for the murder of Kate Steinle, and the Obama administration is complicit," O'Reilly said, on Fox News.
He also said Attorney General Loretta Lynch could order the arrest of the city officials, but won't because "racial politics" are at play.
He spoke of Trump's recent statements about Mexico sending mostly rapists and other criminals across the border into America, and said that while the billionaire and presidential hopeful may have spoken in harsh terms, he still had a point.
O'Reilly said Trump should have added: "It's not ordinary Mexicans doing the raping, it's the gangsters."
