At least five are dead and three injured during a late-night shooting at a party in a Pittsburgh suburb.
Police on Thursday were searching for the two gunmen.
Allegheny County Lt. Andrew Schurman said four women and one man were killed in the shooting; four died at the scene, the fifth, at the hospital, Fox News reported.
Schurman said the gathering was a “backyard party or cookout of some sort,” and it seemed the partygoers “were all fleeing toward the back door of the residence when the second gunman fired from the side of the yard.”
He went on: “They all seemed to get caught on the back porch,” Fox News said.
Information on the victims was not immediately released.
Colin Flaherty’s book, “Don’t Make the Black Kids Angry: The Hoax of Black Victimization and Those Who Enable It,” documents black crime in America and exposes how the media and politicians are willing partners in what the author calls “the greatest lie of our generation.”
Nearby residents told the local Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said they heard a couple dozen shots.
“It went on for almost a minute,” said James Boyd, to the local newspaper. “I thought it was maybe the pipes bursting. But then we realized it was gunshots. We’ve had trouble in this neighborhood before but never this close to home.”
And another neighbor said the gunfire “sounded like a war” had started.
