Liberals love the Internet – as long as they can control it. This is why conservatives constantly find themselves dealing with liberal bias in social media, where liberals control most of the platforms involved. Facebook is notorious for deleting conservative pages and shutting down conservative accounts on the flimsiest of excuses – while allowing terrorist recruiting pages and liberal hate and propaganda accounts to remain. Twitter is no better; prominent conservatives are frequently banned for little to no reason, their account verification revoked for ill-defined or imaginary terms-of-service issues.
Fundamental to this problem is that for liberals, any expression of opinion that is critical of their positions is “hate speech” and “harassment.” They have redefined disagreement with them as affront, insult and attack. When you speak out against a liberal, when you express a conservative opinion, when you stand against the self-destructive insanity that is modern progressive political correctness, you become their enemy. Any amount of bias, harassment, unfair treatment, and even violence is therefore completely justified, in their minds, to shut you up.
In short, liberals live to deny their enemies freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is antithetical to liberal political thought. They can’t defend their ideas because reality does not support their cause. This is why they lie so hard and so often. When they are caught trying to silence all who disagree with them, they whine that this, too, is harassment and insult. They have gone so far as to claim that any criticism of them is criminal. And when they are mocked for their lies, called out for their deceit and held accountable for their wretched, childish behavior, they scream all the louder for their critics to be censored.
“Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!” is the mating call of the modern liberal, the cry to all kindred spirits to converge on the progressive’s position and attack whatever irritant has prompted this outburst. This is the impulse and the modus operandi that have given us wretched creatures like Cora Segal, aka “Trigglypuff,” a beast of a feminist who beat her sagging arms and screamed expletives at an entire hall of people whose only crime was expressing opinions of which Segal did not approve.
Segal’s supporters are even now whining about the “uncivil discourse” of calling Segal a fat, arm-flailing child who can’t behave herself in the company of adults. Peter Vancini, writing for the Valley Advocate, laments the fact that nothing can be done legally to “help” creatures like Segal – who are being roundly humiliated online for behaving like idiots. In Segal’s case, only she is to blame for the viral video of her bellowing profanity at a speech she wished to shut down. Still, Vancini wonders loudly why the law can’t be used to silence her critics.
Then there is Gersh Kuntzman. Kuntzman is, like all liberal reporters, an effeminate coward. As a reporter for the New York Daily News, it fell to Kuntzman, recently, to fire an AR-15 rifle so that he could vilify the weapon as a bazooka-like implement of death and destruction. So overwrought was Kuntzman’s account of his shooting experience that he immediately became a meme. He was pilloried for his over-dramatic account of shooting a weapon whose cartridge is largely regarded as a glorified varmint round. He was mocked for claiming to be bruised by a gun that, as one pundit demonstrated, can be fired resting against the shooter’s face. He was made fun of for finding horrific the experience of shooting a rifle 7-year-old girls can manage without difficulty. He was ridiculed for claiming things about the rifle that simply are not true, as it has always been a mild-shooting piece that, if anything, is unremarkable if not outright underwhelming to those accustomed to hunting rifles.
“It felt to me like a bazooka,” wrote Kuntzman, “and sounded like a cannon…The recoil bruised my shoulder, which can happen if you don’t know what you’re doing. The brass shell casings disoriented me as they flew past my face. The smell of sulfur and destruction made me sick. The explosions – loud like a bomb – gave me a temporary form of PTSD. For at least an hour after firing the gun just a few times, I was anxious and irritable.”
Gersh Kuntzman is, of course, a simpering pansy – and a coward. He’s an effete liar who recently limp-wristed his indignant way through a response to his critics because, well, he can’t stand that the Internet is making fun of him. You see, liberals love to use the Internet to spread their lies – but they cannot stand to see it used against him. Kuntzman turned himself into a joke, into a meme, because he lied about something he knew nothing about. Like all “gun control” advocates, he is completely ignorant of firearms. Worse, he is also a bawling woman. There are no liberal men; there are only whining progressive dandies who cannot bear the thought of anyone using the Internet to criticize them for their antics.
“I don’t mind spirited debate,” he mewled, “[but] this line of argument suggests that I’m not a real man because I am frightened by the awesome power of an AR-15…”
In other words, Kuntzman is an ignorant fool who pontificates about things he clearly knows nothing about – as any gun owner can clearly see. But he is very, very upset that anyone would dare to point that out… and there is no doubt in my mind that, if he could, he would gladly silence every voice mocking him for his melodramatic fictions. Without the power to do that, he’s been relegated simply to whining that nobody will let him blat ignorantly about those big, nasty guns. He’s also very upset, mommy, that those other children questioned his manhood.
What unites buffoons like Segal and Kuntzman is not merely their mental weakness. It is also their brittle defensiveness. No less a progressive icon than Obama himself exemplifies this quality. Progressives absolutely cannot handle being criticized. They will always conspire to silence those who disagree. Our only hope of stopping them from controlling the Internet completely is to continue making fun of them. This is, at present, our most potent weapon against their fascist censorship of all dissent online.
