Dear Mr. Farah,
Thank you so much for your column "Trump hits one out of the park."
We realize Mr. Trump isn't a polished public speaker, and we know he sometimes doesn't express himself perfectly. But, you seem to "get it" and courageously gave him the credit so many other reporters or professional people in the media will not.
I have never been so scared for the future of our country as I am this year in this election. There is so much corruption, lying, cheating and frightening activity taking place as never before. I don't ever remember people hesitating to put campaign signs in their yards or on their vehicles for fear of vandals or personal harm to their property or family. There is a mammoth silent majority because of the unfair, biased, twisted and vicious reporting by people who will not tell the truth.
The atmosphere is tense, and there is much concern that this election will be compromised by the Clinton machine. I have but one vote, but for the first time in my life of 71 years I am not sure that it will be counted. I believe Donald Trump is sincere in his love for this beautiful country. He knows exactly why he is being treated so terribly and so do the people who believe in him. This is a fight like no other, and the odds are over whelming, but I'm promising you, Mr. Farah, true Americans who share the ideals and hopes for a homeland that is safe, prosperous, protected and equal for all will never give up or give in to a woman like Hillary Clinton who will further destroy our land.
Thank you again for writing an article that is positive about Mr. Trump. I am hoping that the media will realize when this is all over, and the next president of the United States of America is elected, people will remember exactly who misrepresented the truth, reported biased news and printed second-rate sensationalism to incite and separate the people in our country.
R.L.H.
