Harvest America 2017 is being held in the University of Phoenix stadium and everywhere else by simulcast, and is intended by Harvest America creator evangelist Greg Laurie to address a country in need of hope.
Not only is the event expected to fill the Phoenix stadium, it is being simulcast it thousands of host locations – churches, homes and others – around the country.

Laurie, a Southern California pastor and evangelist, is being joined by top name music from artists including NEEDTOBREATHE, MercyMe, Trip Lee, and Phil Wickham.

Some 400 local churches throughout Phoenix and the surrounding regions are simulcasting, and the Southern Baptist Convention and its North American Mission Board are partnering with Harvest America 2017.
Harvest events, including Harvest America and Harvest Crusades, were launched in 1990 by Laurie, pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside and Irvine, California, and Maui, Hawaii.
Estimates are that the events have been attended by more than 7.6 million worldwide.
Last year, the 2016 Harvest America event at AT&T Stadium in Dallas was livestreamed to more than 7,200 remote host locations and drew a combined 357,000 participants, making it the largest one-day live evangelistic event in American history.
