I conceived of and then founded Judicial Watch on July 29, 1994 – nearly 24 years ago – with the mission to investigate and prosecute government corruption. In effect, after 17 years of toiling in the bowels of the legal and judicial system, I created a "Justice Department for the American People," as the government sanctioned one of which I was an alumnus, then run by the corrupt Attorney General Janet Reno under the watchful and evil eyes of Bill and Hillary Clinton, the Bonnie and Clyde of American politics, had become a sham.
With this mission as the chairman and general counsel of Judicial Watch, I not only filed Freedom of Information Act cases to pry documents out of the felonious Clinton administration – sparking the infamous Chinagate scandal – but also brought hard-hitting cases designed to not just get documents, but to use those documents as evidence of Clinton and other government wrongdoing. Just for starters, I sought damages for the women Slick Willey had sexually harassed and raped, and for those women who had had consensual relationships with him only to have Clinton goons like Bruce Lindsey, the deputy White House counsel and former law partner of Hillary Clinton at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas, threaten them and their children with bodily harm, IRS audits and other forms of coercion to keep their mouths shut. I am talking about Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones, Dolly Kyle Browning (now Dolly Kyle) and last but hardly least Gennifer Flowers.
With regard to Kathleen Willey in particular, I am the only lawyer in U.S. history ever to have a judge rule that a sitting president, or for that matter any president, had committed a crime. This happened when Bill Clinton and his equally low-class political consultant, James Carville, conspired to illegally release the Privacy Act-protected White House file of Ms. Willey, to try to smear her.
I also brought suit to kill the bogus polices issued by State Farm and Chubb insurance companies, which illegally paid for the Clintons' legal fees in defending what turned out to be over 40 scandals during their administration, not to mention the Clintons' unethical and equally illegal legal defense funds, where the Chinese government laundered money into Bonnie and Clyde's coffers as pure bribes to get favorable policy decisions harming our national security.
In addition to this, lawsuits were filed against Loral Corporation, whose CEO Bernie Schwartz, (among many other Democrat contributors to the Clintons), had paid hundreds of thousands of dollars not only go on overseas Commerce Department trade missions, but also to have the Clinton administration look the other way as Loral provided advanced missile technology to the Chinese so Beijing could target their nuclear missiles more precisely on American cities. It is likely that later generations of this technology eventually were given to North Korea and Iran.

Then there was my case against the Clintons for the illegal obtaining and use of FBI files of over 900 perceived Bonnie and Clyde adversaries, where the first Clinton email scandal reared its ugly head. Over 1 million White House emails were hidden from Judicial Watch, independent counsel Kenneth Starr and congressional committees investigating Clinton crimes.
I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this: When I ran Judicial Watch we did real heavy lifting and did not just limit our actions to mostly obtaining documents through the Freedom of Information Act. But when I left in 2003, to run for the U.S. Senate in Florida, I left Judicial Watch in the hands of directors who are not trial lawyers experienced in litigating complex cases, so it is understandable that they then changed the organization's mission to furthering transparency in government. In particular, the current head of Judicial Watch is not a lawyer, so this change of emphasis made sense.
And, in the years that followed I have to commend my former colleagues, though I have had my differences with them, on their successful efforts in prying documents out of government. As time passed, following in my footsteps, they have become very good at this. However, during this time of ever-increasing government corruption, more than just documents are needed. And, that is why at Freedom Watch, the successor group I founded after my Senate campaign, I have again taken up the mantle of the original Judicial Watch and continued to file hard-hitting court cases that seek justice.
In this regard, watching our currently inert Attorney General Jeff Sessions sit back and watch Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his pro-Clinton/Obama prosecutorial staff attempt to destroy the duly elected Trump presidency, I filed complaints with the Justice Department's Office of Government Ethics and Inspector General to investigate this wrongdoing. When these agencies predictably failed even to acknowledge my complaints, I was forced to file suit in federal court in Washington, D.C. The case, which I brought to force Sessions to order a bona fide investigation, and once Mueller's illegalities were confirmed, order him removed as special counsel, can be found on Freedom Watch's website at www.freedomwatchusa.org.
Please go to our website and sign our petition and support this one real effort to legally have Mueller deep-sixed. His runaway bogus investigation – where he has systematically violated the rights of not just the president, but others such as Gen. Mike Flynn and Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign manager – has spun wildly out of control at taxpayer expense. The current tally is over $6 million dollars of your hard-earned money and counting, all to subvert your vote of a year ago, Nov. 8, 2016.
The petition on www.freedomwatchusa.org also asks for your support to have me named special counsel to investigate and prosecute Hillary and Bill Clinton over the Fusion GPS and Uranium One scandals, and Hillary over her latest email caper. I can promise you that I will get the job done if appointed special counsel.
Fellow patriots, in the words of Thomas Paine leading up to our first revolution, "these are the times that try mens' souls." For that reason, and with a Republican establishment dominated Congress and an inert if not cowardly attorney general, Freedom Watch and I again need to step up to the plate and act as your real Justice Department. And, we need all of you fellow concerned citizens who believe in the vision of our Founding Fathers to support our efforts to clean out the rats' nest in our nation's capital – a rats' nest that encompasses both establishment political parties. Then, at least the republic will have a fighting chance of survival and we will be spared a second American revolution.
