WND BEST-SELLERS 'Just say NObama,' a hit with readers Statement rejects a candidate, and his agenda Posted: September 15, 2008 9:29 pm Eastern © 2009 WorldNetDaily
Terrorists have said they'd like to see Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic nominee for president, win in November. A BBC poll claims the world wants to see Obama become president, and he promises "change" in his newest book. But WND readers have endorsed a very brief response: No. The NObama 08 Magnetic Bumper Sticker again held the No. 1 position among best-sellers at Shop.WND.com for the past week. The bumper sticker had spent eight weeks atop the listings earlier this summer before dropping briefly to No. 2. But something reminded readers of the anti-American comments of his former pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Michelle Obama's comment that for the first time as her husband pursued the Democratic nomination for president she was proud of her country, the donation of more than $30,000 to Obama's campaign that came in from residents of Gaza, the endorsement from a former Communist Party leader, Obama's relationship with former Weather Underground supporter Bill Ayers, and other incidents. So it's back atop the competitive list. (Story continues below) The "NOBama" bumper sticker is a voter's opportunity to express not only a rejection of a specific candidate, but also a rejection of a overall agenda for the United States that would include Obama's goals. The sticker, measuring 15 inches by 3-3/4 inches, is magnetic, so it's perfect for a car, a refrigerator, a file cabinet … in fact any metal surface.
In second is "The Feasts of the Lord," a DVD by Pastor Mark Biltz of El Shaddai Ministries. He explains the spring feasts were fulfilled by the first coming of Jesus, and the fall feasts will be fulfilled by His return. Biltz warns that much of the church is unaware of the significant of the feasts in God's holy time clock, and he says it's time to rediscover them. He says the feasts were not intended for Jewish people alone, and they repeatedly are called "the Lord's feasts." "They are meant to be observed as well as to serve as signs of the times in which we live – reminders of the greatest events of the past and foreshadowings of the future," the book explains.
In third is "The Marketing of Evil" by David Kupelian, a clarion statement of what has happened to America. "Americans have come to tolerate, embrace and even champion many things that would have horrified their parents' generation – from easy divorce and unrestricted abortion-on-demand to extreme body piercing and teaching homosexuality to grade-schoolers," Kupelian writes. "Does that mean today's Americans are inherently more morally confused and depraved than previous generations? Of course not … but they have fallen victim to some of the most stunningly brilliant and compelling marketing campaigns in modern history." Kupelian reveals when, where, how and why what once was rejected turned into something to be praised. Rebecca Hagelin, of the Heritage Foundation, suggested the book has revealed the true agenda of evil. "Marketers are out to get America's youth, and they'll stop at nothing to do it. In 'The Marketing of Evil,' David Kupelian treats parents to a rare insider look at exactly how our children – and adults too – are being lied to, confused, and seduced by radicals and phony experts. The game's over, folks – the con men have been exposed. I urge every parent to read this eye-opening book,"she said. Here are the Shop.WND.com top sellers for Sept. 8-14:
