A little response to Ellen Barkin [“Ellen Barkin: Infants are not people”].
A baby hears everything that a person like you says if that baby is in your body. If you play an album and the baby likes it, it will move and do things. If you play that same album after the baby is born, you will be shocked that the now-born child will react. And as T. Berry Brazelton says, ‘A child will have learned 95 percent of what it knows in life by the time it is 5.”
