In the next presidential election, or any other for that matter, the key to beating the Democrats is to prove that they so often do not tell the truth.
At the beginning of the campaign, make this bold statement: “There are politicians who will lie to get elected, but I promise I will not lie to the American people since there is no way they can make an intelligent vote unless they know the truth.” Then keep that promise. When the opposition charges you with lying during the campaign, and they will, keep track of those charges, and keep track of lies of the opposition. Make a big deal of telling the truth all during the c ... continue reading »
Dear Mr Farah:
For some reason, the name of the great Irish journalist and political satirist Jonathan Swift flashed as I studied your modest proposal that Congress should subpoena NSA logs and collected surveillance related to IRS-gate, Bengazi-gate, and Reporter-gate – “Unraveling the scandals – fast.”
You wrote that the National Security Agency “monitors all communication – both domestically and internationally.” Yes, and they’ve apparently been doing this for years. One of the NSA whistleblowers, William Binney, has ... continue reading »
I have only one thing to say concerning the Boy Scouts and the decision to allow gays to enter. YOU JUST MURDERED THE SCOUTS!
I suppose the Cub Scouts are facing the same downfall. May as well go ahead and wipe out the entire Scout organization and get it over with.
This is an extremely bad decision. I have three grandsons approaching the age to become Scouts, but now I will not allow them to go near a Scout meeting. I am 71 years old, and my Scouting days are a wonderful memory, but I will discourage anyone I possibly can from letting their children join the Scouts. How are churches going to allow the meetings to be held wit ... continue reading »
Before hitting the hay last night, I logged in to WND to verify what my brother thought he had heard: that the Boy Scouts of America had OK’d membership to openly gay youths. Sadly, he was right.
What’s next, merging with the Girl Scouts? Co-ed campouts? Think about it.
A young Scout is sexually attracted to another and ends up in the same two-person tent on a campout. Do you see a potential problem here? I do.
Note that I made no mention of gender in that example, and with yesterday’s vote, what does it matter?
I read that a lot of the leaders were concerned about losing the hefty donations fr ... continue reading »
Mr. Farah: Great points ["Unraveling the scandals – fast"]. I hope everyone in Congress reads and heeds this advice. This country is going about 98 miles per hour downhill, and someone needs to get this atrocity of a government turned around and headed in the proper direction regardless of whose head must roll.
Keep up your wonderful insights into this corrupt Demoncratic government.
Joseph – brilliant! ["Unraveling the scandals – fast"] Yes, get the NSA to do a little good, for a change! And may the lights go on in the minds of congressmen – or are they too “brutish”-stupid and refuse to see it?
