To check federal power-lust, the founders crafted the U.S. Senate as the representative body of the states. Senators were originally elected by state legislatures, not by popular vote as mandated by the 17th amendment, ratified in 1913. There’s been an unchecked accrual of power by the federal government since that fateful year.
Kansas just criminalized the enforcement of federal gun controls. In quick response, Attorney General Eric Holder – flaming leftist radical from Columbia, voting-fraud facilitator, Fast and Furious co-conspirator and arb ... continue reading »

Is the intent of those who are pushing this action against the Christian military personnel – to take away the First Amendment rights of our troops who are also Americans and have the same rights under the Constitution as the rest of us? What about the other religions? When will the shoe drop for them? ["Atheist accuses Christians of treason over beliefs"]
Obama and his socialist cronies want to destroy the rights of all the people, starting with Christians. But it won’t stop there. This man, whom I do not recognize as my president, wants to tear down ... continue reading »
If you’re counting on the Supremes to do anything that would save our nation from destruction, you’re whistling in the wind ["Pray Supreme Court gets marriage right"]. They’re just as corrupt as the Oval Office occupant. Nullification by individuals and the states are our best chance to turn things around.
