I really enjoyed and appreciated the opinion piece by Maj. Gen. Patrick Brady. Thank God, when I was in the Navy in the ’60s, there were no women on the ships.
The general mentioned that he didn’t know where the expression “girly men” came from. Please tell him it was coined by Arnold Schwarzenegger to describe most politicians.
I think Congress should demand to know why Homeland Security needs 1.7 rounds of ammo at a cost of $177 million.
I also think – given what happened in Bear Creek, Calif., and Waco, Texas – that federal and local law enforcement should be banned from having access to CS gas.
I no longer trust our government.
Please stop referring to Obama as “delusional” and “out of contact with reality.” ["DeMint: Obama has lost contact with reality"] He and his cohorts are following a coordinated plan to reduce every aspect of American life to below third-world status.
It’s time to stop thinking of him as a somewhat misguided but well-intentioned American, and react to him according to what he is: an anti-American (perhaps non-American?) adversary who has lied, tricked and bought his way to power, and has demonstrated that he will do ANYTHING to maintain a ... continue reading »
I am a 45-year-old former Marine who is currently an NYC fireman in Brooklyn, N.Y. I work in a ghetto and have seen more than you care to know – and I am always baffled why it doesn’t make the news. I applaud you for being a true journalist and reporting what is happening to our citizens and our country because of political correctness ["70 officers needed to disperse food fight rioters"].
I read your stories and am horrified to learn that this is a countrywide occurrence. My fear now is: Where do I move to get away from this and live ... continue reading »

Attention: Maj. Gen. Patrick Brady (U.S. Army ret.)
General, thanks for your column on the fallacies of women in combat. Thanks particularly for your realistic assessments of Obama, Panetta and current military leadership.
I am a U.S. veteran, retired police officer, but most significantly, an American patriot. I am sick of the corruption, criminality and communism controlling our government. When will our retired military leadership call on us to end the ongoing destruction of the USA? I believe there are millions of us that are prepared to do what is necessary to save our country re ... continue reading »
