I read your column, and I believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
I heard Bill O’Reilly on Fox News say a lot of the stories were allegories. Up to that time, I had respect for him. Now I would not buy any book he writes.
Also, the History Channel is passing off “The Bible” series as history, and anyone who has read the Bible knows that the stories are fiction. Hollywood, too, has made a mockery whenever it makes movies about Bible.

When questioning whether Hillary committed perjury concerning her knowledge of CIA involvement in Benghazi, one must remember that committing perjury runs in the family.
Both Hillary and her husband are unusually good liars.

My church is outside of the government control (and so should every church be).
We separated in the 1970s. Yes, we lost about half of the congregation because they couldn’t claim their tithes on their taxes anymore and receive “charity” from the government. (The big fear set in). Nowhere in the Bible does God advise us to give Him 10 percent and then take back some of it from Him.
Well, our church can never be forced to marry gay or lesbian couples.
It seems not a day passes but a new horror story surfaces about the costly boondoggle known as Obamacare. Happily, the Democrats in Congress and fraudster Barack Obama will bear the brunt of public anger as the bureaucratic nightmare of Obamacare unfolds. Public outrage will mount over soaring increases in health insurance premiums. Frustration and rage will grow as mushrooming government bureaucracies turn health care into an agonizing maze of high costs and red tape. Disarray in the health care profession and onerous new taxes will pile on the angst.

Where is all this going to end? I’m totally against anything other than a male/female marriage, but I’m in no way racist. I have a non-white family to prove it.
I lost my wife some years ago, and I have a gorgeous standard poodle who loves me dearly. I love her, too. Will the time come for me to be able to marry her, do you think?
