Why is no one questioning the authority of Obama’s executive orders! Their authority does not extend to private individuals, so they can’t require private gun sellers to carry out background checks, as an example. They are also illegal when they change limits already addressed by the Congress when it passed a law that was then signed by a president.
Thank you, Jack Cashill, for probing and questioning the narrative of the Sandy Hook massacre, a narrative that was packaged and delivered by an agenda-driven government-media complex. Major calamities triggering an immediate government attack on our liberties should be viewed with healthy suspicion because the history of tyranny is replete with examples of contrived disasters and massacres that advance political and/or military ends.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 11,078 people were murdered with a gun in 2010.
According to the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) website: “In 2011, 9,878 people died in drunk driving crashes – one every 53 minutes.” This doesn’t include the hundreds more that die each year from alcohol poisoning or other intoxication-related deaths.
Some say we should take away guns to stop the killing. OK, let’s take away cars and alcohol, too. Tomorrow, the president should issue an executive order that all citizens must have a breathalyzer installed on their vehicles and undergo a ... continue reading »

The U.S. is now a dictatorship. The president has abused his executive privilege to circumvent the legislature in order to make law. The legislature is the body of our government whose sole purpose is to make law. The president is not supposed to be a lawmaker. When a president issues executive orders that are so divisive, he becomes a tyrant. When a president issues executive orders that contradict our Constitution he swore to uphold and protect, he becomes a tyrant. What next? Will he decide to negate our First Amendment rights of free speech because he doesn’t like Republican criticism?

This gun control is another scheme to blackmail and extort from the states over federal monies coming or not coming in the months till June when budgets have to be balanced, with or without federal cash. Go along with Obama’s schemes or face no money for the fiscal year, and three more years after that, as payback.
This hoopla about gutting our Second Amendment also diverts from Hillary testifying and Valerie Jarrett being found out regarding Benghazi. It also hides the immigration and guns-to-Mexico problems.
