It was announced today in the media that Russia and China were conducting joint military exercises. Any unilateral action by both of these countries against the United States would be overwhelming. Currently the United States has been trying to pare down military forces. At the same time, it has been discovered that those in charge of the United States military missile command have been negligent in maintaining a defensive posture.
