CDC Director Thomas Frieden has made conflicting remarks with regard to porous borders.
On the one hand, he argues that preventing people from west African countries from traveling to the U.S. would make the Ebola outbreak worse. Go figure.
However, in his testimony to Congress, he said porous borders in Africa are making efforts to contain the virus more difficult.
With that kind of two-sided logic, it’s no wonder he is under scrutiny.
