The only reason Obama utters words like this is because he hates being cast as a weakling and a wimp! He is! But he likes to “shout” out threats and then does nothing. I mean absolutely nothing. He, in fact, supports the Muslims mostly and doesn’t like Putin because Obama is in love with homosexuals, which Russia stands against.

We have lost the cultural war, and the homosexual agenda powered by Hollywood has prevailed.
