Demographic politics can be tricky. At the GOP convention, Rudy Giuliani was asked by a female CNN reporter about the GOP position on women’s issues (it takes two to tango) and how a majority of women are in conflict with the GOP position.
Rudy slammed the question back into the face of reporter, telling her she should not represent her view as the view of all women in America. Finally a Republican learns how to deal with a biased media!
The left, which most of the media is, hog ties Republicans and conservatives with questions about women’s issues. Democrats make assumptions about women (the dumb Republicans buy ... continue reading »
Are we slowly becoming a police state? Drones, airport security, scrutinizing email correspondence, tapping phone conversations, cameras everywhere, military exercises in Minneapolis, increased IRS power over Americans through health care, the government now being able to use the military against American citizens in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 … where will it all end?
Look at the time, effort and money being spent going after and watching innocent American citizens. Meanwhile illegal aliens are being ignored or welcomed into our nation while our so-called president celebrates Muslim holidays and host dinners for ... continue reading »
I’m as infuriated as you are about “Fast and Furious.” But just as Sam Houston “retreated,” waiting to pick his battleground, it is my hope that after this election, before leaving office, Obama pardons himself and all his henchmen.
It is then we can have them sent to Mexico for their complicity in the murder of hundreds of Mexico’s citizens. This is an international crime from which they cannot pardon themselves. (“I was only following orders.”) This concept may be flawed, but I would not want them trying to extricate themselves from this until they spring the trap.

I was underwhelmed with all the pro-life, Christian and pro-marriage talk throughout the week of GOP speeches.
Between Eastwood, Ryan and Romney, only Romney said anything – and he put it all in one sentence to not upset the PC big-tent crowd.
“If elected president, I will protect the sanctity of life. I will honor the institution of marriage. And I will guarantee America’s first liberty: the freedom of religion.”
How much (little) attention he gave Christian concerns in this speech is a heck of a lot more than he will give those concerns in power.
At first, I, like many others, was “outraged” by Todd Akin’s comment. But then when I really thought about it, I concluded that the poor man simply misspoke. He used a wrong adjective. He made a grammatical error. I don’t think for a minute he really makes a distinction between “legitimate” and “illegitimate” rape – because there is none. Rape is rape. He has apologized to everyone on the planet. I think it’s time to leave him alone and let him move on with his life.
Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans within 24 hours of the U.S. forcing Israel to bulldoze thousands of settler homes. San Francisco is a lot more decadent than this festival ["Eerie Bible coincidence for Hurricane Isaac"].
The Lord said if you are going to destroy homes in my country, I am going to destroy homes in yours. This phenomenon is very well-documented, where the U.S. makes Israel do something and then we get “the perfect storm” – “Hurricane Andrew,” among others. This current hurricane is God saying I haven’t forgotten 2005. ... continue reading »
