Thank you for writing the column “Carrie Underwood and the lost church.” You hit the nail on the head. I wish I could express myself so clearly!
Keep up the important work you do. I’ve been following you for a number of years and appreciate your work.
All the best,
The Fast and Furious story needs to be viewed in the context of the ATF Waco and Ruby Ridge incidents – an agency with the perception and long history of conducting rogue operations without proper oversight.
Frankly, this agency should have been placed on probation after Operation Showtime. Instead of issuing an executive privilege, the administration should be anxious to provide documents that would exonerate the agency. One can only conclude that the documents contain information that would be detrimental to the attorney general – a smoking gun. ... continue reading »
I read the article about the school children singing “God Bless the USA” and the reaction of those people who tried to stop them from doing so ["'Burn in hell' for singing 'God Bless the USA'"].
I laud the teacher(s), assuming they were such, for letting the kids sing. I’m trying to grasp what part of the song the protesters were in opposition to – the “God” part or the “USA” part. Unrestricted free trade leads to high unemployment thereby increasing the size of the dependent class. This soon leads to a socialist government. This explains why the West is in such a huge economic mess.
Thank you, Chuck Norris, for detailing the disconnect between what Barack Obama says and what Obama does. Well done. ["Can Obama be re-elected on broken promises?"]
Add these nuggets to Obama’s roster of lies. Consider first, Obama’s faked opposition to the Patriot Act (rushed into law only 45 days after Sept. 11, 2001).
From Obama’s campaign stump speech in 2007: “No more illegal wire-tapping of American citizens. No more national security letters to spy on citizens who are not suspected of a crime.”
As president, howeve ... continue reading »
